I get an error on startup
If you get the error "The application could not be initialized" on startup then you need to
download and install the "Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 redistributable":

Scanning does not work
Make sure you are not using clear type fonts:
Go to Control Panel
Click the "Display" icon
Click the "Appearance" Tab
Click the "Effects" button
Change the font to use "Standard" and not "ClearType"
Make also sure you are using the english pokerroom software.
