A license for one of our products costs USD 45.
This is a one time fee, means a license is valid for lifetime.
All future upgrades are included.
Your registration is valid for two computers at one time that you own (sharing codes is not allowed).
Therefore, if you play poker on both your desktop computer and your laptop, you will be able to use our products on both.
Yes, our products support Windows Vista.
Just make sure you run both (the poker client and our product) as admin.
Otherwise the rights to communicate with the poker client are missing.
Run the Windows explorer and navigate to your SpadeEye installation directory (usually "C:\Program files\SpadeIT\SpadeEye").
Right click the SpadeEye executable and select "Run as Admin" from the popup.
The trial version is not cut off in functionality.
The trial version works for 8 days, begining from the first time you run it.
This is no problem.
Just email me your machinecode then i can reset the trial period.
You can find your machinecode in "Main"->"Info" in the menu,
or if your trial has elapsed a window with your machinecode should popup on startup.
The trial period is saved online at our webservers.
Thus you have to make sure that your Firewall does not block SpadeEye from the internet.
Otherwise the trial period can not be verified and granted.
If the problem still persists please email us your machinecode, then we can take a closer look at the problem.
The machinecode is a unique identifier for your computer.
Think of it as a product ID.
A different computer will result in a different machinecode.
A different machinecode will result in a different unlock key.
Not necessarily but most likely.
In this case you will need to request a new key from us.
Email us the machinecode of your laptop from the email address you registered with.
We will provide you second key.
Email us your new machinecode from the email address you registered with.
Include your old machinecode, which is no more in use.
We will provide you new key.

If a failure occurs a messagebox will show extended information about the error.
Note :To add another databases than the default one called "pokeroffice" is a bit tricky.
There is a difference between the real databasename and the name that Pokeroffice displays.
If the Pokerofficename of your database is for example "Nov2006" then the real databasename is always extended by "_podb".
So you would have to add a database called "Nov2006_podb".
