If you get the error "The application could not be initialized" on startup then you need to download and install the "Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 redistributable":

Make sure you are not using clear type fonts:

Go to Control Panel

Click the "Display" icon

Click the "Appearance" Tab

Click the "Effects" button

Change the font to use "Standard" and not "ClearType"

Make sure you are using the english pokerroom software.


Do not use the "Quick Search" tablelist from the iPoker client.
You have to select a stake from the cashgame tree on the left.

Note: When running datamining the first handhistory files are written after the first pass.
So if you set the "pass" to 5 minutes, then it will take 5 Minutes until the first files will be written to disk.


Make sure you selected "Table Chat" from "Options"->"Game Settings" in the poker client like in the picture below:



Make sure you are using the english pokerroom client and enable all chat options.
To enable all chat options open a table and press the "Chat options" button above the chat window.
Check all entries like in the picture below:
